The Amazon AWS platform allows for an increasing adoption of using managed services within a project. During this technical session we will provide an overview of services that combine well together in order to allow for fast development cycles. Several demo’s with available source code will be shown during the course of the talk. Michael Willemse has been working for two years at XT-i (Cronos) specializing in development on the Amazon AWS platform. Over these years he has experienced multiple cloud enabled projects from conception to production. These project were realized at both the start up level up to enterprise multinational companies. His main goal when working on a project is to investigate the efficient use of existing managed services and how they fit within the project to allow for a faster time to market. [ICY-6912]
