The Mindset of Debugging by Kyle d'Oliveira We, as developers, spend a large portion of our time debugging software. Sometimes the problems are easy to understand, but many times they are not and we are thrown into unfamiliar code and are expected to quickly find the problem and craft a solution. However, honing the skill of debugging doesn’t come up as much as it should. In this talk, I’ll go through a generic approach to debugging that can be applied and built upon to help you excel as you move through your career solving problems for a living.
