Surprise! Inspiring Resilience by Cory Watson Resilience is the ability to function in the face of damage or failure. This is a desirable trait in all of our work, but can be rather difficult to achieve. Let's look outside of our own practices to find inspiration for our own work! In this talk we'll bring examples from outside tech. We’re talking aircraft carriers, race cars, priceless works of art, and hard-fought wisdom from across the accomplishments of humans and even nature itself.
