Architecture Components - Use Cases (GDD India '17)

The Architecture Components set of libraries help you design robust, testable, and maintainable apps. In this video, Florina Muntenescu discusses what each of these libraries do, and looks at the patterns and anti-patterns that you should follow. This session also dives into the important issue of where data should be saved to minimise requests: the database, ViewModel, or on SavedInstanceState? Finally, she discusses the Paging library, the latest addition to the Architecture Components. You’ll learn about how the Paging library works and find out why and how you should use it.
