Say no more than yes! What is an XY problem and could it be harming your project? The old adage goes "Say yes more than no", but should we be simply accepting what our stakeholders are asking us to build? When determining requirements, stakeholders often write user stories prescribing a solution, rather than their problem. This can be described as an XY problem.
