We often experience incidences of communities falling apart due to misunderstandings, lack of good leaders and miscommunications among contributors. Through my talk, I am going to share my 3 years old experience of working with different open source organizations and what I have learnt during my journey as a community leader. A community manager’s role is very crucial in any open community and that is going to be the heart of my talk.
